Clients are required to complete the Telkom application form and fax it back to our offices. All applications are processed by Tradepage who get the reference number for installation from Telkom, standard installation period is +/- a month. Please note that all ADSL-line installations will be carried out by TELKOM and not TRADEPAGE. Progress reports and installation dates must be obtained directly from Telkom (0800-237 500).We will only process an application provided the client has signed our standard ADSL contract.

It is important to note that the provision of Telkom's ADSL service is subject to network availability, distance, copper quality and line sync speed limitations.
